Agrowaste Fired Boiler

"SHANTI" External Furnace Boilers are manufactured as per latest Thermal and Combustion design to impart higher Thermal and Combustion efficiency. External furnace is provided considering Multi-fuel concept with suitable grate area and furnace for optimum efficiency.


RANGE
"SHANTI" External Furnace Boilers are available in a wide range from 500 kgs/hr to 5000 kgs/hr (higher capacity available on request) Working Pressure ranging from 100 Psi to 250 Psi (higher pressure also available on special request).


CONSTRUCTION
"SHANTI" External Furnace Boilers are manufactured out of best Boiler Quality Plate with high tensile strength. Plates are Pre-cut to close tolerance on a fully automatic flame cutting machine prior to entering production line. Welded joints are subjected to DP Test/Radiography to ensure class welding. Besides each "SHANTI" BOILER has to pass through rigid quality control tests in compliance to the most stringent standards in accordance with best international boiler making practices.

DESIGN
Each "SHANTI" BOILER is designed and manufactured in accordance to IBR/ISO Code with latest developments.

Pitch, size and staggered tube arrangement imparts maximum heat transfer ensuring optimum efficiency and low fuel consumption. External furnace design facilitates use of multifuel such as Coal, Wood, Husk, Pea shells etc.
